Hi experts,
i have an problem with an E2k3 Server. There are stored mailboxes on this server, which are frequently deleted, cause this is an Training Server. The problem is that these accounts are listed in the Global Addressbook sometimes even i have deleted this mailboxes when a new user wants to send an mail.
I have done an rebuild with the Recipient Update Service but this does not solve the prob.
What could be the reason?

Thankz in adance!!!

If you are using Outlook 2003 in cached mode against this server then you need to update the offline address book and then download the address book on the client. The OAB is only regenerated once a day by default.
