hi all

Is this possible

I want to setup a 2003 RRAS server that has only one network card, for PPTP VPN connections, I was thinking that i can forward the necessary ports from my linksys router to the RRAS server. So would I from a windows XP client on a remote network make a VPN connection to the external ip address on the linksys router and then linksys would forward this traffic back to 192.168.1.10 for example?

Many  thanks

Hi kjman,

Hi kjman, the simple answer is yes. However yuor linksys router probably has a method to publish a server instead of having to do individual port forwarding.

Good luck!

God Bless
