Outlook 2003 - Back up my PST files

I am running Xp,  MS Office 2003 with Outlook 2003. I need to know how to backup my PST files. I do not know what files to back up.

Please advise.

You can also click on Tools, Options, Mail Setup tab, Data Files button, to see the path to your PST file(s), and just copy them from there to somewhere else.
