Problem Printing on a wireless Network

We have a wireless network here that is running on it's own, sperate subnet. We dual-homed our print server with an IP from that subnet. Every once in a while, people cannot print, and although we haven't confirmed it every time, it looks like the may be resolving to the ip on our main subnet. BUT...they can normally access the subnet anyways, but when they do, they are all using the same NAT'd address. The print server was dual-homed in the first place because this caused a problem.
I am really new to this job, so I do not know all the in's and out's of the network here. I do know networks, printers, etc. to some degree, but I have little knowledge of the current setup here and I am still figuring it out. I am trying to solve this issue and wanted to know if anybody had any advise on where to look or if they had a problem like this they've seen before.

Thanks.
