how do i clear this offf of 6506?

clear trunk 3/2  1-1005,1025-4094
set trunk 3/2  auto negotiate
clear trunk 3/3  1-1005,1025-4094
set trunk 3/3  auto negotiate

"clear trunk 3/2" should be good enought, that is if you are dealing with a CAT IOS switch. For a Cisco ISO switch it would be.

interface F3/2
no switchport mode trunk
