Emails are not going to Hotmail account

Dear all,

 I am using windows 2000 server , Exchange 5.5 SP4.
 I am using IMC connector to send email out side. and also i am using DNS to send and recieve emails.

 Recently i have noticed that all emails going to hotmail domain are undeliverable. There is no blocking to any domain. The undeliverable message is below

          " The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      c=US;a= ;p=CristalArabia;o=Jeddah-HO;dda:SMTP=khanjazzy88@hotmail.com; on 3/20/2005 2:31 PM
            The recipient name is not recognized
      The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=CristalArabia;l=YNBMAILSRV-050320113024Z-825
            MSEXCH:IMS:CristalArabia:Jeddah-HO:JEDMAILSRVR 3550 (000B09AA) 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable'

The hotmail user accout is valid one.
And the another interesting thing is, if is use 'NSLOOKUP' utility to resolve hotmail domain address, my DNS server is resolving hotmail address, but the mails are not going.
Please check the above returned mail and give me a solution.

Thanks and Regards

Have you tried sending mail to the hotmail account using another system such as a different freemailer?
You may need to contact your isp and have them enter a reverse DNS entry for your mail server.

This site might help explain some things:
