Domain controller is also a webserver can it be demoted to a memember server?

I know there are problems if you demote a domain controller that is running exchange so I would like to know if there is any known issues when demoting a domain controller that is hosting a website?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

there shouldn't be any problem as long as you make sure the following things have been checked:

make sure you have another DC on your network that has a copy of the global catalog on it.
make sure this server doesn't hold any of the 5 FSMO roles.  if it does move them to another DC.
make sure no clients look to this DC for DNS name resolution.
If you are running exchange on your network, make sure your exchange server doesnt statically look to this DC for any services.
