Hello,

I have a user mentioning that they couldn't access OWA before 9:00am EST.  Any other time after OWA grants access.  Besides the windows logon hours, which the individual has access 24/7, where might be the time restriction be located at?

Thanks.

I can't imagin that it's Exchange causing this.

check firewall etc.... does all traffic from internet stop or just OWA?

I am pretty sure the user can access other websites.  The user is accessing this from their home.

I mean if the user can access anything at the same location as the Exchange server or does all internet communication
stop for the Exchange server.

I actually found the problem as it poped into my head.  The User Account assoicated with OWA needed to be set to 24/7 access as well.
