Inserting a shortcut into Outlook 98 email
I am trying to find out how to insert a shortcut (not an attachment) into Outlook 98 email messages.
The Outlook client is connecting to an Exchange 2000 server. The staff all use either Rich Text or HTML formatting.
It has been a while since I used this version and I couldn't find the option. I went to File > Insert and it only gave me the 2 options - as attachment, as text. I couldn't see 'as shortcut' which I thought is in Outlook 2000 and above.
Please let me know the steps specifically for Outlook 98 and if there is any difference for HTML formatted versus Rich Text. If there are any differences for people using Wordmail that would be great to know as well. Many thanks.

I don't mind using that format myself, but was hoping that for 'regular' staff who aren't as comfortable with PCs that there might be a Graphical way of doing this. They particularly add shortcuts to files on network drive and trying to explain to them that they need to type in a path will not be fun.
