I am trying to use Remote Assistance and I am receiveing an error message &quot;Remote assistance connection could not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again&quot;<br />

I have an XP box requesting the assistance which is on a LAN with DC on a &nbsp;WIN2K server using ISA.<br />
<br />
&nbsp;When they request assistance through MSN messenger I accept and then it says trying to connect to the computer. I then get the above error message. &nbsp;I can do file sharing and whiteboard with the MSN messenger. &nbsp; <br />

Also, If I request assistance from a computer inside the LAN we are able to connect &nbsp; <br />
<br />
The XP firewalls are off so I am &quot;&quot;ASSUMING&quot;&quot; that it is the Terminal services configuration in the ISA. &nbsp;I am not sure. &nbsp;<br />

Any help would be greatly appreciated.<br />
