Remote assistance and IAS
I am trying to use Remote Assistance and I am receiveing an error message "Remote assistance connection could not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again"
I have an XP box requesting the assistance which is on a LAN with DC on a WIN2K server using ISA.
When they request assistance through MSN messenger I accept and then it says trying to connect to the computer. I then get the above error message. I can do file sharing and whiteboard with the MSN messenger.
Also, If I request assistance from a computer inside the LAN we are able to connect
The XP firewalls are off so I am ""ASSUMING"" that it is the Terminal services configuration in the ISA. I am not sure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
