ArcServe Tape Engine Stops

We are running Brightstor ArcServe Backup Version 9.0 on a Windows 2003 Server and the Tape Engine shutsdown periodically which has prevented my weekend backups from running. I get an Error in Event Viewer Event ID: 7034 Description The Brightstor AB Tape Engine service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 8 Times. Source is Service Control Manager. Any Ideas?
