Server Operators and remote logon with RDP

Can users ind the default security group Server Operators not log on to a server by terminal services.

I will like the user to have a minimum of rights on the domain but still be aple to manages an sql server aplication remote. But when I put the user in the group Server Operators I get the message "You do not have access to logon to this session" how can I overcome this problem?
