I have windows 2003 sbs and I installed the windows 2003 transition pack but now I can't add licenses to the server.  I had installed licenses when it was just sbs but now when I click on add licenses in the things to do list I get an error that it can't find C:\windows\system32\sbscrdll.dll

What licenses are you trying to add?

The SBS Licensing function is disabled after applying the transition pack. Once you are on a plain Windows 2003 server the only type of licenses that you need to worry about installing are terminal services. All others are paper only.
