Exchang Server 2003

I know that my Active Directory FQDN works w/Exchange. But I installed Exchange on my AD network. It is LeviDaily.local. Does my FQDN in Active Directory need to be levidaily.com? Or how do I change that in Exchange Sys Manager?  Because my emails are going to go to @levidaily.local. Right? Please help thanks

If what i am thinking is correct, you need to add a site alias to AD, then setup an smtp connector that is associated with that site:

http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Configuring-SMTP-Branch-Deployments.html

Hope this helps... its not the complete answer though.
