Can i add Crystal Report 8.5 to VB.NET 2003?

i already tried that, add references of CR 8.5 such as:
CR 8.5 ActiveX Designer Design...
CR 8.5 ActiveX Designer Run Time...
CR Viewer Control

but i still cannot add the Crystall Report 8.5 to my VB.NET Project
there is no option for adding CR 8.5 in Add New Item
