Can someone pleaes tell me how to convert txt/bmp file to .jpg file using vb6.
(I dont want to use any third party software or any thing).This is really very urgent.

Try BmpToJpeg GDI+ version (Quality & Regions). GDI+ is already installed on XP and Win2000(SP3). Other Platforms Win98 or later download at - www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?releaseid=32738 
GDI+ can also save as image as GIF,PNG,TIFF. See examples on Planet Source Code. Search for "GDI+"
