HP IP Console Viewer

I have both an HP IP Console Viewer and a Dell Remote Console Switch.  I have the Dell software obviously connected to Dell KVM switch which is connected to Dell servers and the HP connected to an HP KVM Switch that's connected to Compaq servers.  Everything works just fine except for one thing.  I noticed that anytime I reboot any of the servers I can't connect to them remotely using the Console Viewer.  If I can't connect to one, then I reboot another so I can connect to the original one but now the one I just rebooted I can't connect too.  When I try to connect to it, a window pops up stating this message, "Server is not available for viewing.  Reason: Channel In Use By Exclusive Local User."  Is there any way I can fix this so I don't have to keep rebooting servers in order to get to them?

So how did you reboot the KVM switch, did you just turn it off and then back on?  Because I have done that also but it still gives me the message on the last server I rebooted.
I solved the problem, just for everyone's info, you have to upload a new firmware for it to work
Sorry I didn't mention this before, the firmware is located at Dell's support site,  http://support.dell.com
