what program and version are you using to send email?

If Outlook Express, look under TOOLS->ACCOUNTS->MAIL tab->PROPERTIES->ADVANCED tab and verify that the box to split the message up isn't checked.

So, let me make sure I understand.  Often you send an email from either Outlook 2003 or Entourage 2004, and the recipient receives the email but the bottom portion of the email is missing.  Is that right?

How much are we talking about being missing?  A few lines, more, less?

Have you had anyone reply to you with the original message so that you can see what they receive?

Have you looked in your Sent Items folder to see if the message there is truncated?

The fact that this is occurring on messages sent from both a PC and a MAC makes me suspect that something is happening on the Server.

I'm assuming that you are using the same email server for both programs.  If that is true, and you have a PC running Outlook and a Mac running Entourage, and they are both having the same problem, it is unlikely that both machines and programs are causing the same problem to occur.

Can you identify any common traits when this problem occurs?  Such as:
1.  message is very long
2.  problem only occurs in HTML
3.  only occurs when attachment on email

etc....

all mail was plain text mail, message was not so long, no attachement...

Is my assumption correct that both of these computers are using the same mail server when sending?  If so, does this mail server offer a web mail option?

Other than the suggestions are there any common things when the problem occurs?  Does it always occur when sending mail to the same person, but never when sending to a different person?

Have you sent a plain text message to yourself to see if it comes back thru truncated, or you get the entire thing?
