For some reason i get this error message when i try to join my domain.
Note: This information is intended for a network administrator.  If you are not your network's administrator, notify the administrator that you received this information, which has been recorded in the file C:\WINDOWS\debug\dcdiag.txt.

The following error occurred when DNS was queried for the service location (SRV) resource record used to locate a domain controller for domain dmd.network.com:

The error was: "DNS name does not exist."
(error code 0x0000232B RCODE_NAME_ERROR)

The query was for the SRV record for _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.dmd.network.com

Common causes of this error include the following:

- The DNS SRV record is not registered in DNS.

- One or more of the following zones do not include delegation to its child zone:

dmd.network.com
network.com
com
. (the root zone)

Part of your problem is here:
>       Host Name. . . . . . . . . : file-server
>       IP Address . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.10
>       Dns Servers. . . . . . . . : 206.141.192.60
>                                    192.168.1.10

Remove the 206 DNS server; let the DC point to itself *only* for DNS resolution. Do the same with all of your domain members; no external DNS servers.
Instead, configure forwarders in your DNS server's porperties to point to the 206 DNS. If you can't access the forwarders, delete the root zone (it's the single dot: ".") on your DNS in your forward lookup zones.

The next problem is here:
>DNS test . . . . . . . . . . . . . : Failed
>   [WARNING] The DNS entries for this DC are not registered correctly on DNS server '206.141.192.60'. Please wait for 30 minutes for DNS server replication.
>   [WARNING] The DNS entries for this DC are not registered correctly on DNS server '192.168.1.10'. Please wait for 30 minutes for DNS server replication.

The first one is obvious, the second one seems like it's because Dynamic Updates aren't enabled on your domain's DNS zone. Right-click your forward and reverse lookup zones, go to Properties, and make sure that Dynamic Updates are enabled.

Once you've corrected this, open a command prompt and enter "ipconfig /registerdns", then stop and re-start the netlogon service. Check if the SRV records have been created (see link below).

What are you joining to this domain? And what is the IP address settings for the device you are trying to join?
