My pages #include header and footer.  I've been working heard to master CSS.  Now, I'm trying to apply it to my situation.  .  I've got a lot of reference material on hand, but haven't seen this addressed.

If I want the imported global.css to apply to header, body, and footer, should I import the .css file into the header? The body? or into all three? (which seems kind of wasteful).

I'm sure I could figure this out on my own, but instead of trial and error, I was wondering if there was aggreement upon best practice.   An up or downside to doing it one way or the other.

Thanks

Rick

It's depends on how you want to control the css over your page, basically you can try put the css link in either header, or body of the page.

Put in body got an advantage, where you can see the exact CSS effect applied to the page when view it through DW.

Put in header got an advantage, where you got centralize control, and you only need to change 1 place (header) if you got any changes.

If you're quite confident and experience web developer, i suggest you put the CSS link at header, else you can try put it at body.
