Palm Data Recovery
I need some help recovering data from the palm desktop. Here is what happened:
I was working on my boss' laptop. Windows 98 has to be upgraded to windows 2000. He has a handspring handheld device which he hasn't used in a year. But he uses the palm desktop software to handle the addresses and the calendar.
Before wiping the hard disk I exported the calendar, addressbook, todolist and the rest. The little I know that it only exported one contact, and one to do item. I believe it was on selected item instead of all.
So the hard disk is wiped, and windows 2000 is installed. Then I reinstalled the Palm desktop, the calendar is all back, but not the address book. Neither the rest.
Has anyone had a situation like this? He really wants that data back-especially the 100-person contact list.
Is there a way to recover that file.
Please help me!!!!
Thanks, Gokalp
