I need to know what the maximum number of ACD agents the Cisco Call Manager can support.

And is there any digital telephones that it supports?

Of course Cisco Call Manager supports digital telephones: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/phones/ps379/

Number of ACD agents depends on your licensing but in the clustering you can achieve number of 30,000 telephones

I beleive by default Call Manager 4.0 have 300 ACD agents, but I'll check later on with my customers who got it installed.
