Font Color when VB Field is disabled ?

hi, the VB font is light grey, when its field is disabled. How can i have bold/strong color font, when the field is disabled ?

From what I have experienced I am not sure if this is possible, unless you know how to over ride it via wm_paint or something like that. Only other thing I can think of is maybe look around the properties to see if it will let you change the colour of the font when it is disabled.

Other then that instead of using disabled there is another option which is simmiliar that you can use , I think it is called Locked, try that instead and see if you can change the font colour etc when it is locked and set the enabled back to true :)
Use a text box and set its back colour to vbButtonFace, Set the border style to None, set the forecolour to the font colour you require or want. Then set the locked property to true, that will make it appear like a label and will give you the options to format it ie bold, font, font size, colour etc. You might need to adjust the size of the textbox to accomodate your needs though :)
