Outlook 2000: how to set to default email program?

I recently 'upgraded' from Outlook Express to Outlook as my email program. All went well, but there is 1 problem: if I select e.g. 'zip and email' in Explorer or try to send an email in another "implicit" way, still Outlook Express is started and used, not Outlook. How can I change this?

FYI: Windows 2000, Outlook 2000.

Thanks,
Wim

In Internet Explorer click TOOLS->INTERNET OPTIONS->PROGRAMS tab and make sure that Microsoft Outlook is set as the default email program instead of Outlook Express.
