Anybody know of one? I am trying to retrieve an old phone number which I know I entered in my computer. I cannot find it by typing keys and hoping auto complete will do the rest.

I'm unclear on what you're looking for.  You say "decrypt".  Do you mean you can see it but it's masked by asterisks?  If so, download Asterskey from here: http://www.mrfreefree.com/free_software/free_password_management_tools.html#
