How to turn off grouping

How can I turn off Outlook 2003 "groups" collectively?  I had hundreds of folders for managing mail.  I can't go to each one and turn it off.  I want to turn it off for all of them at once.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

With Outlook open, go to the menu View-->Arrange By. You will notice near the botton that Show in Groups is selected.
Deselect Show in Groups.
