How to enable ICMP echo requests on Thomson SpeedTouch 510 router?

How can I enable ICMP echo requests on my Thomson SpeedTouch 510 router, so the outside world can ping my gameserver?

Thanks in advance for your help!

ICMP uses IP.  I can tell you how to allow it with a Cisco Device, but I will have to look around for the Speedtouch 'way'..

But, usually Game Servers are placed in a DMZ, allowing all traffic through.  If this is your setup, then Ping will work without opening up any other ports on the router..

Okay...  Echo traffic is defined as Port 7 UDP | TCP..  So open that up on your Router..
