Is MSMQ installed by default on Windows 2000 server SP4?

Is MSMQ installed by default on Windows 2000 server SP4?

On one domain installed at the beginning of last year, it is not present. On another couple of domains installed in the middle of last year it is present on all servers.

No, you have to add it.  It's in the  Add and Remove programs --> Windows components --> Message Queueing.

I thought that would be the case, but what I need is a Microsoft web site link that I can give to my manager to show him what components are or are not installed by default.
