I need to backup my Exchange 2000 information with NTBACKUP - I there a file size limit that I will hit. My plan is to backup the Exchange data to an external USB drive. There is plenty of space on the drive, I want to make sure there is not a operating system size limit I will hit.  I expect to have a 21 gig file backing up to a 300 gig USB.

There should be no issue with regard file size limits, but, make sure the USB device is not FAT (ie it is formatted with NTFS) otherwise you will not be able to place a single file larger than 4Gb on this drive. NTBackup will make one .bkf file of course.
