The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.

I have five workstations that are all crashing randomly, and they are all giving the same error message, which is below.  I've scanned the computers for viruses with multiple antivirus programs.  I've also scanned for spyware.  There is nothing alarming on anyone of them.  I'm not sure what these bugcheck results mean.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1(0x00000015, 0x00000002, 0x00000000,0xed2c2b46).  Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15,2195].

This could be a bad driver. Do you know of any hardware you installed on all those PC's at the time when that problem started? Download and install updated motherboard drivers, and also download and update all drivers and software for all your connected hardware. Also test your memory with memtest86 from http://memtest.org

When you get the crash above, can you see the name of any file in your Blue screen? can you post the filename here? You could also run msconfig and give us a list of services running and programs that startup.

These workstations are all brand new Dell Optiplex GX270's.  They are running Windows 2000 Professional SP4.  Nothing has been added to them.  I will try the memory test to see if that catches anything.
Take a look at the following web page,

http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm

which is presented using frames.  Click on the error code (0D1) in the left pane of the page, which is a link to the following quotation:

0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
(Click to consult the online Win XP Resource Kit article.)
The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper addresses). It can also be caused by caused by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a damaged pagefile.
Error Message with RAM Problems or Damaged Virtual Memory Manager {KB 810093} Win XP Home (during restart)
“STOP:0xD1” Error Message When You Start Your Win XP-Based Computer {KB 316208} Win XP
Stop 0x000000D1 Error Message When You Turn Your Computer Off {KB 317326} Win XP (with USB device(s) connected)
“STOP 0x000000D1 IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Kbdclass.sys” Error Message When You Try to Shut Down the Computer {KB 810980} Win 2000, Win XP (Logitech mouse with outdated MouseWare software)
STOP 0xD1 error message when you start your Win XP-based computer {KB 839876} Win XP (ACPI issue, a Hotfix is available)
WRQ AtGuard Program Causes Error Message in Win XP {KB 319870} Win XP (AtGuard version 3.22)

You should go to the actual page in order to read the links given in the quotation above.
I tried updating all of my drivers, and I tried a different antivirus.  Now I got a call saying that one of the workstations blue-screened this morning.  I'm not sure what else to do.
Have you run the memory test? Give it at least 5 passes if there isn't an emmediate error. Another thing to do is to remove the pagefile, run a chkdks  /f /x /r on the disk on which that pagefile was located, then defrag that disk and create a new pagefile.
When Windows crashes with blue screen, it writes a system event 1001 and a minidump to the folder \windows\minidump
Check system event 1001 and it has the content of the blue screen

Control Panel -> Adminstrative Tools -> Event Viewer -> System -> Event 1001. Copy the content and paste it back here

Zip 3 to 4 minidumps and attach the zip files at any webspace. I will study the dump and find out the culprit.
