Encounter Error when using MGTEK Help Producer toolbar for Word

I recently installed MGTEK's Help Producer 2.1 for Word (www.mgtek.com/helpproducer).  It installs a toolbar which is integrated with Word and exports the Word file as a HTML Help or Web Help solution.

When I go to export my Word document I get the following error:
Failed to export document: Failed to load script ‘C:\DOCUME~1\MOSHE~1.CRI\LOCALS~1\Temp\976D9CB1-DC1F-4D24-92C5-CC709E5860C1\build.js’: Failed to locate a scripting engine for ‘C:\DOCUME~1\MOSHE~1.CRI\LOCALS~1\Temp\976D9CB1-DC1F-4D24-92C5-CC709E5860C1\build.js’.

I know that this isn't exactly a Word question but I wasn't sure where to ask it.  I'm very perplexed by this problem and am wondering if anyone has any idea why this might be happening.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi moshecristel - You need to contact mgtek tech support.

I had e-mailed them already but was hoping for a quicker answer to my problem.  The problem, as it turns out, was resolved by installing (re-installing?) Microsoft Windows Script 5.6 (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/downloads/list/webdev.asp).  As seems to be the case with a lot of my problems, it was solved before I ever really understood what was wrong.
