Transparent ImageBox over Form with background image

Hi Experts!

I am in urgent need for a solution for the following problem:

I have a Main Form that has a PictureBox on it. This is because I found that redrawing media player is faster on top of this than having the form directly with background image.

I need to display a transparent diagram over this first PictureBox. How can I do this? I did not find transparency property for PictureBox.

Perhaps I do not need a second PictureBox, but some other Forms element?

Thank you very much for helping!
