How to wait for end of login script.

Sometimes users are starting applications before login scrip ended.
Is there a policy, or something else, which permit to wait the end of the login script on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server ?

You're on the right track,.. there IS a group policy object that will let you force users to wait until login scripts are completed before they can access their desktop, etc...

You'll want to access group policy (if you have a domain you'll be able to control this for all PC's in the network, or run the local group policy snapin if it's for a standalone computer) and ENABLE the following:

User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Logon/Logoff > Run logon scripts synchronously

Nice and straight-forward... Enjoy!
