I need some barcode for representing products. For example gold Ornaments
I need to print barcode very small because the items are also small.I have down loaded some free barcode logic from freeVbCode website. When I am trying to reduce the size it is not reading properly.

This is most likely because barcodes are read by checking the thickness of each printed bar. If you were to form a barcode and then shrink it, these bars would be smaller and therefore misread.  So you are most likely going to need to buy a reader that will accept the small barcodes.
