Blackberry Calendar failed to Sync.
I have a problem with Outlook calander sync. I'm running BlackBerry Enterprise Server with Exchange 2000. I have 10 Blackberry 7290 handhelds all of them are working except 1 device cannot Sync from handheld to Outlook but have no problem Sync wirelessly from Outlook to Blackberry. I put in a new version of CDO.dll in the BlackBerry server. It is still not working. I already open a case with Blackberry and spent 6 hrs on the phone with the support but still could not fix the problem.
Can any please help?
Thanks in advance,

I did the Intellisynce set to Calendar --> Blackberry Wireless. Deleted the service book on handheld and I'm not sure if we download a new version. BES Administrator has full right on user mailbox also.
Thanks
Thanks
If you deleted the service book on the handheld, the next time it connects with the network, it will automatically download a new version.
"I did the Intellisynce set to Calendar --> Blackberry Wireless" That means you only have outlook set to write to the handheld. Change the setting to "syncronize"

Now I got to talk to a senior engineer at Blackberry. He suggest that I deleted the mailbox and recreate it.
1. I use Exchange utility to copy the mail box to PS.
2. I removed the Exchange mail box.
3. Recreate the Exchange mailbox.
4. Reimport the PST to mail box.
5. Recreate the user profile.
Now I have a complete new mailbox with the same user profile.
I reinstalled Blackberry desktop mnager and try to synchronize but got an error message that "cannot open a default folder" I will have to call BB again tomorrow and I will keep you posted. BESAdmin has full right on user mailbox.
Thanks,

Yea, you've stumped me at this point...but very interested in what it was when they come up with a cure.
Has anyone found a resolution to this one yet? I have the same problem.

I fixed it by deleting the user mailbox from the Exchange and recreate the mailbox because there is a corruption somewhere in user's mailbox.
1. Export user mail to pst.
2. Deleted the Exchange mailbox.
3. Recreate the mailbox.
4. Reimport the pst to Exchange.
5. Reinstall desktop manager.
6. Resync the Blackberry

I'm still new with Expert Exchange. Do I get point when I answer my own question?
Nope.....but if you post a link to this question is the Community Support TA and ask for a refund, the admins will PAQ this question and refund your points. Isn't this the same fix that BB support gave you in the first place?

yes, they basically told me I have to delete the user mailbox and rebuild.
I know it is only 18 days actually but it is a clear case...
