where is @wp.pl.......?

best source to locate the origin of this e-mail address, the country (which I believe to be Poland and maybe the "pl" confirms that).
@wp.pl

mmmm, you remember, well I am zero-ing in on him. He renewed his license online back in Dec. I got info from the State Licensing office and I have his e-mail address and mailing address listed on his online license application. They had blotted out his e-mail address but i can still read it. They did not blot out his mailing address even though it is the same address listed as his home address that they did blot out. I looked up the phone number and it matches an address of a polish couple near me. I am debating whether to try to reach him thru this e-mail address or go to their door and identify myself. On his application he listed 4 states where he is either active or inactive. it was strange that he listed S.C. #4 behind, NC, NY, and Oregon, when SC is the location of his mailing address and previous offices. I wanted to do some research on his e-mail address which ends in "wp.pl." before I decide whether to use it, before or after, going to his friends house. He wanted ME to testify for him in a legal matter, so I do not think he would be against hearing from me, but I'd like to use the least intrusive way.
