I have a Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server that I would like to be accessed by 2 different sites via VPN.  I set up the VPN with a couple linksys routers. My domain controller is a 2003 Server, What is the process for initializing the Terminal Server client and mapping printers for local and remote printing?

As long as you allow IP traffic over your VPN site-to-site, you can setup client mapping printers for local and remote printing as you would do for all your regular LAN.
