How exactly would I go about encrypting a cookie using Crypt::Blowfish?

I need an example and explanation please.

simply crypt the value, then use you favorite method to add this crypted value to the cookie name
If you want to achieve more secuity then I'd use Cookies2 also

I crypted the values and added everything and worked easier than what I thought :)

But what do you mean by Cookies2? Maybe that is a good path to go towards.
