Flash MX: Need to get the working directory of my flash movie.

I need to be able to run this on many different file systems and can't use absolute paths.

How do I get the directory my swf is running in?

Thank you.

what do you need to know the current directory for?
If its just for loading files, just use relative file paths and it will be the same if all the same stuff is in each folder. Make sense? Or not what you're looking for?

Hey I just found out it was because of the way I was loading the swf files. They were being loaded by an exe compiled by screenweaver - and the way screenweaver loads a swf file - it puts it into a windows tmp dir and loads it from there - so all the relative dirs within the program wont run because they don't actually read from the exe's folder path, but the swf tmp path - how annoying is that lol...

Anyways - I figured out what I need to do.

Thank you very much.
