grey screen at start up

i have a mac 6320 about 10 yrs old from what i understand it has windows 95 .I need to know why im getting a grey screen that has a little disk with a question mark flashing on it in the center of the screen.Any info on how to use this pc would be great,its going to be for my girls and there school work.thank you

Macs don't run Windows, the run MacOS - if it's 10 years old and you've never used it before, I would suggest spending $150 on ebay for a Pentium 3 500 MHz system.  That mac is not going to be easy to get working on the internet and if you've got a disk with a question mark, that means the system is having problems identifying a disk drive to boot from.  You've got other problems with it.  Possibly a bad disk, in which case you need System CDs for the Mac

Thank you.The person who gave it to my hubby.Said the person had no probs with it.So i dont know what to beleive but the lady moved that had it.Any way i can get to the screen that shows whenyou boot up at turn on,i really dont have the money.
