I know where the Status Monitor enable is located. &nbsp;However, when I go to the Utilities area, the Status Monitor option is subdued and there is no option to turn it on. &nbsp;I am using WindowsXP Home, I have downloaded all available drivers for the printer and the Status Monitor and have them loaded. &nbsp;This PC was previously allowing me to see the ink levels in Status Monitor before upgrading it from Windows 98. &nbsp;What did I miss?
