IPP Not allowing me to access the administration page

i have installed iis6.0 and internet printing.  internet printing adn active server pages are set to allow.  when i type http://192.168.0.210/printers or if i type http://192.168.0.210/printers/ipp_0001.asp i get "There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.".  for testing i put a file called hello.htm in the c:\windows\web\printers\ folder and if i type http://192.168.0.210/printers/hello.htm it displays the contents correctly.  is this a asecurity issue and if so how do i troubleshoot?

thanks

How are you accessing this page?  from the server itself, or a client workstation?

Here is a How-To for you to make sure the basics are covered:

They both use port 80.

You'll need to find where to change the listening port for the IPP.

Then you'll connect by: http://servername/printers:{port#}
