Intermittent "reversed" Caps Lock

I can only comment on what the user states.

Caps Lock Off: gives him UPPER CASE.

Caps Lock ON: gives him Lower Case.

This problem is intermittent and he states that it only happens when he uses GoToMyPC.

Your comments are much appreciated.  Of course you'll return with questions that I'll try to pry out of the user (he happens to be the CEO, so it's not that easy!!!)

Thank you

The odd app will do this if caps is turned on or off while the app is minimized. Cure is to minimize again and change it.

I have experienced this with other applications such as PCAnywhere, and another program that I use to get into voice mail computers remotely with.
If the computer on the far end has CAPS ON - you will have to turn yours ON as well - which will turn the remote end off. Same thing goes for NUMLOCK.

    Hope this helps.
