How to download an external web page using Dreamweaver

Greetings,  I looked through the FAQ on the subject and it looks like Dreamweaver cannot download an external web page.  Is this correct ?  I thought I was able to do this easly with Frontpage.

External to what? Your machine? Dreamweaver can FTP your webpages to and from your server just like any standalone FTP client. You will need to set up the site first and have FTP permissions to access the server.

To set up the site goto the Site Menu --> Manage Sites and click New.

Hi Reapz,

I know how to ftp up to my server.  What I want to do is download any site on the internet and be able to see how
the HTML or JAVa code is written.  For example can I download "www.anywebsite.com" into Dreamweaver and
copy some of the content or see how it is written/created.  I use to do this with a program a few years ago and
I thought it was Frontpage that allowed you to do this so I assume Dreamweaver could do the same.
