External to what? Your machine? Dreamweaver can FTP your webpages to and from your server just like any standalone FTP client. You will need to set up the site first and have FTP permissions to access the server.<br />

copy some of the content or see how it is written/created.  I use to do this with a program a few years ago and
I thought it was Frontpage that allowed you to do this so I assume Dreamweaver could do the same.
