a problem in persian fonts

we had 9i database with 8i form developer (client-server)
then we change  8i froms to 9i forms(web-based)
our persian fonts as like as "گ چ پ ژ"
are irregular in the sttrings

example : we had data in database as "گرچه"
but when we query data from 9i forms our font will be "ه چ ر گ"

nls language in database = ar8mswin1256

    i think that farsi characters are not supported by Oracle forms.

    you can create an Oracle application supporting Farsi through AR8MSWIN1256 or UTF8. Oracle's support will be restricted by the OS support for Farsi data input/output. Also, there will be no built-in Oracle support for specific Farsi sorting or date formatting.

    Oracle9i Locale Builder allows you to add user-defined Farsi support to Oracle9i until built-in support is provided.

    you must only use UTF-8 . (UNICODE)
