How can I setup exchange server to allow someone to view other user's calendar?
Then i do the following:

Via the Outlook Client.  Right click on the calendar folder that I want to share.  Go to Properties and then to permissions.  Add the user you want to be able to see the calendar with the appropriate permissions.

Then I go to the user's machine then I open first user's calendar from.  GO to File, Open, Other User's Folder.  Then type in the user and the folder (in this case calendar).

I get the message that " Unable to display the folder. The Calendar folder could not be found"

Help please,

Does this work with all clients that you try this on?

Last time I got this error the user was having their email delivered to a pst file - not the mailbox. Have you check that?

Have you tried it the other way round?

If you aren't using the default calendar folder then other people will not be able to access it via the "Open other user's folders" option. That option is restricted to certain default folders.

Otherwise you could use the default folders, grant permissions for others to view them, then use an application such as Look (http://www.symprex.com/products/look) to place the calendars in a central location.
