what kind of Wireless access point you have? model/brand?

Most access points don't provide that functionality, and in some cases you will require some external resources to do that.

I can see a couple of ways to do it:

Direct redirect with built in functionality on the AP, or proxy redirect. Still, depends on your AP

let me know the Linksys module and I'll make some research. What you are trying to do is possible, but quite hard if the access point doesn't have it built in. If you want to look at an example, look at Proxim access points. I use the AP2500. www.proxim.com

The one I use is this one:
http://www.proxim.com/products/wifi/ap/ap2500/index.html

Is just an example of a box that would do the trick. I think you better stick with a unit that has the functionality built in, as doing it with other trick is quite difficult. I know there are other vendors out there that would offer a product that would fulfill your needs, but I’m only familiar with proxim.

The Linksys you have doesn’t have this functionality built in, can be done with some tricks, but requires some programming and some tweaking of the unit. I’m not qualified to offer you such help, and due to the lack of answers to your questions, I think most people here would agree with me with the advice of getting a unit with that feature built in.

If you get that box, I’ll be more than happy to help you configure it.
