I TRIED USING THE OLEDBPROVIDER FOR ORACLE FROM MICRSOFT I AM STILL GETTING THIS ERROR

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle error '80004005'

ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name

/wi/login.asp, line 75

dbDatamart.Open "Provider=MSDAORA.1;Password=PASS;User ID=prod;Data Source=prod_DATA.WORLD;Persist Security Info=True"

WHEN I CREATED A DATA LINK USING  OLEDBPROVIDER FOR ORACLE FROM MICRSOFT IT WORKS

Then try to use the following PROVIDER. It will work.

"PROVIDER=OraOLEDB.Oracle;Password=PASS;User ID=prod;Data Source=prod_DATA.WORLD;Persist Security Info=True"
