An ERR on a l ine that does not exist?

I have a login form, 2 txts and 2 buttons.
When the page loads up everything's fine.
When I tab over from the Username txt to the Pass txt i get the "Objetct expected" error on line 341.

PROBLEM - there is no line 341. The last line in my code is 328.
The error occurs only when focus gets to the password textbox

I'm using Page.RegisterStartupScript on page load to set focus on txtUsername.
All tabs are set through the designer in VS.

Any clues?
Thanks in advance...

I think this is line 341 when you watch the source code of your webpage in your webbrowser.
