Making a bootable 2000 Advanced Server CD

I need to make a bootable CD to do a fresh install of Windows 2000 Advanced Server.  Once installed the machine will be put back on the network.
The files and folders I have on the share I will be using to make the CD are:
folders (with contents of course)
Bookdisk
Clients
I386
printers
setuptxt
support
valueadd

files:
autorun.inf
cdrom_ia.5
cdrom_nt.5
read1st.txt
readme.doc
setup.exe

Is it just a matter of burning the files to CD or do I need to do anything special? I can use either Nero 5.5 or EZ CD Creator (don't have the version in front of me), which ever is easier.

Thanks!

You should follow the instructions for slipstreaming and update your source CD.  You can also modify it fairly easily.  Have a look here:

Although I am not interested in slipstreaming a service pack, because this is going to be a 1 time install, the 3rd link provided me with the information about which files to include on the cd.
